How long does it take to build a BNL home?
Every home and project is different, but our experience allows us to maintain an efficient building process without compromising the quality and craftsmanship that go into the home. For homes currently under construction, we’ll provide the most up-to-date estimated completion timeline.
Can I tour a BNL Homes property while it's under construction?
Absolutely—but for your safety, please contact us before visiting a home under construction. Construction sites can change quickly, and we want to make sure someone is available to safely walk you through the home.
Can I purchase a BNL home before construction is complete?
Yes! Depending on the home and stage of construction, you may be able to purchase a home before it’s finished. For homes currently under construction, we’ll provide the most up-to-date estimated purchase and completion timelines.
Do you work with buyers' agents?
Yes! We welcome buyers who are working with their own REALTOR. We believe having a knowledgeable real estate professional to guide you through the purchase is valuable, and we’re happy to work alongside your agent throughout the process.
Do you offer incentives or preferred lender programs?
Incentives and financing programs may be available on select homes and can change over time. Ask us about current promotions and preferred lender opportunities.
What warranties come with a BNL home?
Warranty coverage varies by home and will be provided as part of your purchase documentation. We stand behind the homes we build and want our homeowners to feel confident not only on closing day, but after they move in and for years to come.
What happens after my home is finished?
Before you receive the keys, we’ll walk through the home with you during homeowner orientation. This gives you an opportunity to learn about the home’s features and systems, ask questions, and ensure you feel comfortable in your new home.
